For this assignment, I chose to breakdown the film Heretic. It is a psychological thriller surrounding religion, specifically Mormonism.
Through working on this, I was able to hone in on key parts of the storyline and dissect it in detail. Previously, I’ve only learned about the 3 act structure so this was slightly different. It was also interesting to follow along the main character’s progression throughout the film and see how the character develops as she experiences events that go against what she originally believed in.
